Day 4 Morning Session

Day 4 of the 2012 annual retreat and anniversary celebration dawned windy but sunny, praise God!

Main features for this morning was preaching by  Pastor  EJ del Mundo,   a message on Ang Pundasyon ng Simbahan  by Bishop Efraim Tendero, and a lecture by Dr. Melba Maggay.

"Napakadali mag-evangelize pero napakahirap magtuwid,"
states Pastor EJ. 

Pastor EJ: "Ang pangunahing sandata ng kaaway ay ang maling
 pang-unawa sa Salita ng Diyos."  

Bishop Efraim Tendero, speaking on Acts 2: 42 -47:

 "When Jesus is Lord, you …. Hold on to the basic ministries, 

Exhibit the power of God in your life, 

Accept and love others, 

Love to give time for the ministry, 

Thank God constantly,

 Yield fruit regularly."  

Dr. Melba Maggay:  "As prophets we bring the word of God to the  world;
as priests we bring the need of the world to God;
As kings, we steward God's creation and manage institutions
according to God's ongoing purpose for them.
